| 摘 要： | 目的 考察护士工作倦怠和心理健康之间的关系.方法 运用工作倦怠问卷(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)与一般心理健康问卷(general health guesfianuait,GHQ)对258名护士进行了调查.对MBI与GHQ的构想效度进行检验,并采用分层回归分析考察了工作倦怠与心理健康之间的关系.结果 工作倦怠和心理健康的各个维度间都存在显著的相关关系.在控制了人口统计学变量以后,工作倦怠3个维度对生理症状解释的方差变异量增加了39%;对焦虑解释的方差变异量增加了28%;对抑郁解释的方差变异量增加了34%.结论 工作倦怠和心理健康各维度间存在显著的相关,工作倦怠极大地影响着护士的心理健康水平,且工作倦怠的不同维度对心理健康各个维度的预测作用不完全相同.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the impact of job burnout on nurses＇mental health. Methods 258 nurses answered the Maslach burn out inventory （MBI） and general health guestionnaire （GHQ） ： Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to confirm the construct validity of MBI and GHQ. The relationship between job burnout and mental health was determined using hierarchical regression analyses. Results Hierarchical regression analyses showed significant positive correlation between job burnout and mental health. 39 % variance of physiological symptoms, 28% variance of anxiety and 34% variance of depression were explained by job burnout beyond demographic variables. Conclusions Nurses＇job burnout has significant impact on mental health. Different job burnout dimensions have different impact on mental health. |
