心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平变化与临床观察分析

目的:探讨心力衰竭(HF)患者血浆B型尿钠肽(BNP)改变及其临床意义。方法:采用快速免疫荧光法分别测定109例HF(NYHAⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)患者和79例健康对照组的血浆BNP水平,并进行对照分析。结果:HF组总体血浆BNP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),NYHAⅡ级心功能时血浆BNP明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组间血浆BNP依次递增(P<0.01)。HF在控制后明显低于HF在控制前(P<0.01)。结论:血浆BNP的水平对HF的诊断、严重程度和预后评价有重要价值。

Clinieal Analysis of the chang of Plasma BNP Levels in Patients with Heart Failure

Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of plasma BNP 1evels inpatients with heart failure(HF).Methods Plasma BNP levels in 109 patients with HF(NYNAⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)and 79 controls were determined with rapid fluorescence immunoassay.Results The plasma BNP levels in patients with HF were significantly higher than centrels(P<0.01).The plasma BNP levels in patients with cardiac function NYHA-Ⅱ were significantly higher than controls(P<0.01).As the cardiac function deteriorated from NYNAⅡ to NYNAⅣ,The BNP levels increased consecutively with significant differences from eacher other(P<0.01).The plasma BNP levels is low when HF was cured(P<0.01).Conclusion Determination of plasma BNP levels in patients with HF were helpful to the study of the severity and prognosis of disease.
