| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻窦窥镜外科切除单纯上颌窦囊肿简单有效的方法。方法：单纯上颌窦囊肿27例用鼻窥镜上颌窦鼻内开窗术切除。结果：27例手术均获成功，术后康复，随访无复发。结论：单纯上颌窦囊肿，经上颌窦鼻内开窗鼻窦窥镜外科手术切除上颌窦囊肿操作简便，创伤小，效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment of removal of simple maxillary sinus cyst by endoscopic sinus surgery.Method:27 cases with simple maxillary sinus cyst were treated by nasal endoscopy in intranasal antrostomy.Result:All cases were successfully performed and recovered well.There was no relapse in postoperative follow-up.Conclusion:Removal of simple maxillary sinus cyst by endoscopic sinus surgery in intranasal antrostomy is a convenient and effective operation. |
