阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾静滴伴口服疗法与序贯疗法治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效比较

目的:考察阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾静滴伴口服疗法可否取代序贯前期的bid静滴法。方法:59例患者分为2组,疗程均为7～14d。A组30例,疗程前3～5dqd静滴同时qid口服,后几天同B组;B组29例,用序贯疗法治疗。结果:A组与B组有效率分别为90%和86%(P>0.05),细菌清除率为89%和86%(P>0.05)。结论:静滴伴口服疗法可取代序贯前期的bid静滴法。半衰期短的β-内酰胺类药不合理的qd静滴法可用"qd静滴伴n次口服法"或"qd静滴伴n次肌注法"取代。

Intravenous Drip Combined with Oral Administration Versus Sequential Therapy of Amoxicillin/ Clavulanate Potassium for Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

OBJECTIVE： To study whether intravenous drip combined with oral administration of Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium can replace intravenous dip of Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium bid, METHODS： 30 patients （Group A） received intravenous drip combined with oral administration of Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium for the first 3 to 5 days, then received the same therapy at the later days as in Group B. 29 patients （Group B） adopted the sequential therapy. The course of treatment for both groups was 7-14days. RESULTS： The total clinical effective rate in Group A was 90% versus 86% in Group B （P〉 0.05） . The bacterial clearance rate in Group A and B were, 89% and 86% （P〉 0.05）, respectively. CONCLUSION： Intravenous drip combined with oral administration of Amoxicillin/ Clavulanate Potassium can replace intravenous dip of Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium bid. For those β-Lactams drugs with short t 1/2, the unreasonable intravenous drip of which qd can be replaced by the intravenous drip combined with Ntime oral administration or with N time intramuscular injection.
