天参益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠中枢神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨天参益智方治疗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法:以慢性铝中毒法复制老年性痴呆大鼠模型,采用免疫组化法检测模型大鼠海马和皮质内胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性以及兴奋性谷氨酸(Glu)含量。结果:天参益智方可显著提高老年性痴呆模型大鼠海马和皮质ChAT活性,降低AchE活性和兴奋性Glu含量。结论:天参益智方对胆碱能系统功能减退和谷氨酸递质异常增多引起的神经毒性有较好的改善和保护作用,这可能是其益智健脑的作用机制之一。

Abstract:Objective: To study the therapeutic mechanism of TSYZ fomula on aged dementia mice induced by AlCl3 . Methods: The aged dementia models were induced by long-term ig AlCl3 . The methods of immunohistochemistry were used to detect choline acetyltransferase, acetylcholinesterase and glutamic acid. Results: The TSYZ fomula groups could obviously increase the activities of choline acetyltransferase in hippocampus and cortex and the abilities of acetylcholinesterase, meanwhile the glutamic acid were decreased remarkably. Conclusion: The protective effects of TSYZ formula on cholinergic nervous system and glutamic acid system of AD model rats were remarkable.It's therapeutic mechanism may be achieved by increasing choline acetyltransferase and decreasing acetylcholinesterase and glutamic acid.
