胸背部骨折X线漏诊的33例分析

目的:探讨胸背部骨折X线漏诊的有关因素及预防。方法:回顾性分析33例胸背部骨折漏诊病例,就其X线检查漏诊的有关因素及预防问题进行探讨。结果:肋骨骨折漏诊27例,胸椎棘突或横突骨折漏诊4例,肩胛骨骨折漏诊1例,胸骨骨折漏诊1例。漏诊原因有阅片不细致8例,摄片技术原因12例,骨折部位隐匿或骨折对位好而漏诊13例。结论:摄片质量、阅片水平、机器设备等均可导致胸背部骨折的漏诊,对临床高度疑有骨折的病例应进一步行CT检查。

Analysis of X-ray Missed Diagnosis of 33 Cases with Thoracic and Dorsal Fracture

Objective To study the relevant factors and prevention of X-ray missed diagnosis in compages of thorax fracture.Methods 33 cases of fracture in compages of thorax in the X-ray missed diagnosis were retrospectively reviewed.The relevant factors and preventive measures of X-ray missed diagnosis were explored.Results Missed diagnosis of fracture in rib was 27 cases,thoracic vertebral 4 cases,scapula 1 cases,sternum 1 cases.The causes of missed diagnosis of fracture were careless reading of film in 8 cases,wrong position of taking film and the technique of radiography was not the norm in 12 cases,occult fracture in 13 cases.Conclusion Various reasons may cause the missed diagnosis of fracture in the compages of thorax.Once fracture is suspected clinically and negative plain radiography encountered,CT scanning is recommended.
