摘    要:目的研究冠脉路径图的制作方法以及用静态路径图对动态的冠状动脉血管进行路径指导的理论和应用效果。方法将刚获得的造影图像作为蓝本,手工描绘或自动检测出血管的走行和形态,利用坐标、线段、曲线、曲线边框或经过处理的造影血管图像等形式将其表现出来,再将它们作为插管参照物与实时透视影像进行重合或透明叠加后显示于同一个屏幕上,给选择性插管提供一个简捷直观的路径指导。结果这种方法用在导丝进入冠状动脉分支的时候,可以起到显而易见的引导效果。在急诊冠脉介入诊疗的过程中,它将闭塞的冠状动脉残端作为再通的方向一直显示于实时透视屏幕上,指明了导丝前进的方向。在给支架植入定位时,我们在路径图的基础上,再用线段标出预定的支架远端和近端,观察支架两端的标记和线段的关系,以此作为确定支架是否到位的辅助参考。结论这种路径图系统实现了指导冠状动脉插管的路径图功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the method of making and application of Road Map in the intervention of coronary artery. Methods Using the already exist coronary artery angiography as chief source, manual or auto detect the track and configuration, express them as coordinates, line, curve, rim and modified image, then spliced them with the X-ray video as a transparent referenced matter, supply an more intuitionistic direction of Road Map to the selectivity intubatton. Results Guide-line is displayed while guide wire go into the branch of coronary artery obviously. More merit was fond during emergency treatment, the Road Map can direct the direction of advance. The software can line out the near and the farness of preconcerted stem on the Road Map. Observe the relation of marks and line, it is the assistant of reference about estimate the stent arrive to right position or not. Conclusion This system of Road Map achieved a guide function of the intubatton of coronary artery.
