老年患者非对比剂增强肾动脉磁共振血管造影的参数优化探讨

摘    要:目的优化老年患者非对比剂增强肾动脉磁共振血管造影(MRA)的扫描参数。方法将45例60岁以上的老年受试者分为60-75岁组和75岁以上组,采用不同的血流抑制反转时间(BSP-TI)进行扫描,通过比较图像质量、肾动脉分支和肾静脉伪影,得出不同年龄组的最佳BSP—TI时间。结果60—75岁组的老年患者选择1200ms的BSP—TI时间能获得最佳成像效果,75岁以上组的老年患者选择1300ms的BSP-TI时间能获得最佳成像效果。结论非对比剂增强肾动脉MRA能良好地显示肾动脉及其分支,有较好的临床实用性。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the scan parameters of renal artery non-contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography in aged people. Methods Forty-five aged people were divided into 60-75 year-old group and over 75 year-old group. IFIR-FIESTA sequences were carried out by using various BSP-TI with 1lOOms, 1200ms and 1300ms, all other parameters were identical. The image quality, renal artery branches and renal vein artifact were evaluated by two experienced radiologists between different BSP-TI. Results BSP-TI 1200ms was optimal for 60-75 year-old group while 1300ms was most suitable for above 75 year-old group. Conclusion Non-contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography of renal artery is feasible in clinical routine practice.
