崂山区2006年农村老年人群内科常见疾病调查

目的]了解全区老年人群内科疾病情况,为制定其防治措施及卫生政策提供科学依据。方法]对全区参加新型农村合作医疗的老年人群采取询问、调查和内科临床医学查体。结果]全区共查体16572人,查出内科疾病40种疾病,常见病以代谢系统疾病、循环系统疾病和消化系统疾病为前3位,患病率分别为68.40%、55.03%和39.40%。5种主要慢性病为高脂血症、高血压、脂肪肝、糖尿病、冠心病患病率依次为54.76%、45.82%、29.65%、12.88%和8.78%,且皆女性高于男性。结论]老年人群内科常见病的发生主要与生活方式和饮食习惯有关,应增强人们对高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病等慢性病的认识,提高其自我保健意识,及早采取相应的防治措施,加强体育锻炼,减少疾病的发生,提高生活质量。
