| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清心肌肌钙蛋白I（CTnI）对儿童病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法通过计算机检索和手工检索有关国内1998-2007年公开发表的CTnI对儿童病毒性心肌炎诊断价值的研究文献,严格按照纳入和排除标准,对检索到的符合标准的6篇相关文献进行Meta分析,选择随机效应模型进行统计学处理。结果小儿病毒性心肌炎组与对照组CTnI浓度比较,效应合并值d=0.8103,其95%的可信区间为0.3860～1.2346。结论儿童病毒性心肌炎（VMC）组的血清CTnI浓度高于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum cardiac troponin I（eTnI） for Viral myoearditis in Children. Methods 6 independent investigation from 1998 to 2007（published scientific literatures） were selected by the strict criteria for recta-analysis, and the random effect model was applied for processing data. Results By comparing the viral myocarditis group with the control group, the average of concentration scale was 0.8103, and 95% CI was （0. 3860 - 1. 2346）. Conclusions The serum concentration of cTnI of the viral myocarditis group is higher than that of the control group. |
