摘 要: | To analyze the chemical components of fatty acids from Taohong Siwu Decoction. The fatty acids from Taohong Siwu Decoction were extracted with petroleum ether by Soxlet extraction. The extracted fatty acids were methyl-esterified and then analyzed by GC-MS. The relative contents of the fatty acids were calculated with Area normalization. Twenty-three fatty acids amounting to 78.059% of the total contents detected were identified in Taohong Siwu Decoction. The saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid were 17.443% and 50.616% respectively. The main components were 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (33.718%), 8-Octadecenoic acid (7.634%), Hexadeca-noic acid (10.334%), Octadecanoic acid (1.749%), Tetracosanoic acid (1.239%), Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (1.034%), 9-Octadecenoic acid (1.282%). The results the content of fatty acids was abundant in Taohong Siwu Decoction, and it had a great range of potential utilities and a prospect of development in foods medical and health cares.
