| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜与人巨细胞病毒感染的关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附法（EILSA）对28例诊断明确的特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿的外周血做人巨细胞病毒特异性IgM（HCMV-IgM）检测。结果28例特发性血小板减少性紫癜中HCMV-IgM阳性8例（28.57%）,明显高于正常对照组,两组之间差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论人巨细胞病毒感染是引起特发性血小板减少性紫癜的重要原因之一,且有巨细胞病毒感染的特发性血小板减少性紫癜的患儿病情程度较重。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relation ship between children idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(PPH) and cytomegalovirus infection.Methods The HCMV-IgM of 28 cases idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patient was detected with EILASA.Results The HCMV-IgM was positive in 8 of 28 cases that higher than those in control group with significant difference.Conclusion The HCMV infection might be one of etiopathogenisis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with severe degree. |
