| 摘 要： | 目的方法结果结论观察羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。采用羊膜移植治疗35例38眼翼状胬肉,随访6-20个月,观察效果。1例（2.63%）复发性翼状胬肉患者于术后8月再次复发,其余患者在随访期间均未复发,手术成功率97.37%。所有患者均未发生排斥反应。采用羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉效果良好,复发率低,无排斥反应,无严重并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation in treating pterygium. Methods 35 patients (38 eyes) with pterygium were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation and followed up for 6-20 months.
