摘    要:目的建立检测定喘口服液中麻黄碱含量的溴甲酚绿分光光度法。方法用溴甲酚绿在pH为5.0的磷酸盐缓冲液中与麻黄碱形成稳定的络合物,以氯仿萃取,加NaOH使其显碱式色,在625nm波长处有最大吸收,并建立含量测定方法。结果样品中麻黄碱的质量浓度在0.250~1.500g/L范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.43%,RSD为1.34%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可作为定喘口服液中麻黄碱含量的测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method to detect the content of ephedrine in Relieving Asthma Oral Liquid.Methods The stable complex was formed with bromocresol green and ephedrine in the pH=5.0 phosphate buffer,which was extracted with chloroform.Then NaOH was added to the complex to make it present alkaline and show absorption maximum at 625 nm.Results Ephedrine hydrochloride had the good linear relationship in the range of 0.250-1.500 g/L with the average recovery rate of 101.43%and the RSD was 1.34%(n=6).Conclusion The method can be conveniently used to detect the content of ephedrine in Relieving Asthma Oral Liquid,which is accurate and rapid.
