多孔型羟基磷灰石陶瓷人工骨对培养细胞影响的研究

摘    要:采用羟基磷灰石粉末,有机多聚体,粘结剂和植物干燥叉枝研制成多孔型羟基磷灰石陶瓷人工骨,有独特的连通孔道。通过观察,测定同人工骨一起培养的小鼠成纤维细胞(L-929细胞)的形态,生长,增殖和代谢,研究人工骨对培养细胞的影响,实验结果表明,多孔型羟基磷灰石陶瓷人工骨对培养的L-929细胞的生长、增殖、代谢无不良影响,培养细胞形态正常,因此,可以认为这种人工骨具有优良的生物相容性。

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite(HA)powd6r,organic polymer,dried vegetablestems and gelatin were used to produceporous hydroxyapatite ceramic artificialbone, which contained particular interconnected canaliculi, The effect of porousHA ceramic on culture L-929 cells wascarried out by observing the morphology,growth,reproduction and metabolism of these cells. The results showed that the porous HA ceramic has no influence on growth,reproduction and metabolism,and also no change in morphology of L-929 cells, It is suggested that the porous HA ceramic has a good biocompatibility.
