| 摘 要： | 本文设计研究了一种新的脂质过氧化物定量检测的方法。利用无色孔雀绿在血红蛋白存在下迅速被脂质过氧化物氧化呈现蓝绿色,且可在波长630nm进行比色定量。研究发现OD_(630)与OD_(233)之间具有较大的相关性,从而使比色方法有可能代替紫外检测方法。该法线性范围较宽,可达12～800nmol/管。

| Abstract: | To determine the absolute amount of lipid hydroperoxides in biological materials, a simple, sensitive and rapid eolorimetrie assay was developed. Based on the reaction of lipid hydroperoxides with leueo-malachite green (LMG) in the presence of hemoglobin, the amount of oxygenated LMG formed was measured by its absorbance at 630nm. We found a greater relativity between O.D_(630) and. O.D_(233), as well as a wider linear range. Thus, there is a probability that the eolormetrie method takes the place of UV-deteeting method. |
