老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者抑郁状况调查及护理

目的评估老年慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者的抑郁状态及相关原因,并提出具有针对性的护理对策。方法对我院老年心肾科近5年来60岁以上的老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者88例,应用William W K Zung编制的抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自制问卷进行评估。结果88例老年CRF患者中有47例患有抑郁症,其发生率为53.4%,影响老年CRF患者抑郁情绪的因素是多方面的,其中最主要的有疾病痛苦、生活质量低、长期住院等。结论老年CRF患者抑郁症发生率高,应该采取积极的护理措施改善患者抑郁状态,提高生活质量,促进疾病康复。

Investigation and nursing on depression of senile patients with chronic renal failure

Objective To investigate the depression status and relative factors of senile patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), and then bring forward proper nursing methods.Methods 102 senile CRF patients who had stayed in the General Hospital of PLA in recent 5 years were investigated by SDS designed by William W K Zung and self-made questionnaire.Results Among 102 senile CRF patients, 85 cases suffered depression and the incidence was 83.3%. Many factors influenced depression of the patients and the most important factors were pain caused by the disease, low quality of life and long-term hospitalization. Conclusions The incidence of depression in the senile patients with CRF is high. It is suggested that positive nursing should be taken for the senile patients with CRF to reduce their depression and improve their quality of life and recovery.
