滨州地区巩固消除白喉成果调查分析

山东省滨州地区1988－1992年实施《山东省消除白喉方案》，落实以预防接种为主的综合性防治措施，以市地为单位适龄儿童白喉类毒素免疫接种率达90％以上，人群免疫水平保持在90％左右，连续5年未检出带菌者，连续15年无病例发生，在经济欠发达的农业地区实现了消除白喉的目标。1992年以后，各项工作指标仍然保持在消除白喉阶段的水平，22年无病例发生，消除白喉的成果得到巩固和提高，进一步证实，人群白喉免疫水平达到90％，可基本保持不发病的结论，提示了在全球范围内消灭白喉的可能性。

Survey and Analysis the Results of Consolidating of Eliminating Diphtheria in Binzhou

Shandong eliminating diphtheria program had been launched in Binzhou from 1988 to 1992,to carry out the compositive diseases pre-vetive measure,which using immunotherapy as the main method.The eligible children immue rate was above 90% in Binzhou City,and the rate of all age population was about 90% .There was no diphtheria carrier was found during series 5 years,and there was no case was found during 15years,the results showed that the target for eradicating diphtheria in a developing rural area was achieved.Every indexes has been kept since 1992,and there was no case during 22 years, the achievement of eradicating diphtheria was consolidated. The results show that diphtheria could be eradicated if the immune rate reach above 90% ,and the result sugested that it is possible to eradicate diphtheria worldwide.
