思密达和丽珠肠乐治疗小儿腹泻132例临床观察

目的：观察思密达和丽珠肠乐治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法：随机选择小儿腹泻132例，70例用思密达和丽珠肠乐治疗，62例仅用思密达治疗。结果：本组132例经思密达或思密达和丽珠肠乐联合治疗后，显效82例（62．1％），有效40例（30．3％），无效10例（7．6％），总有效率92．4％，对感染性和症状性腹泻，思密达或思密达和丽珠肠乐同时治疗，结果无差异，对饮食性腹泻，病程迁延伴营养不良的，思密达需与丽珠肠乐合用才有效，结论：腹泻病在病因治疗同时加用思密达和丽珠肠乐可获得明显疗效。

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Efficacy of Combination of Smecta and P. O. Bifidobigen in Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combination of smecta and P.O.Bifidobigen in treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:132 cases with infantile diarrhea were collected randomly. 70 cases were treated with combination of smecta and P.O.Bifidobigen, while 62 cases were treated with smecta alone.Results:82 cases(62.5%) showed an obvious efficacy;40 cases (30.3%) did effective;10 cases(7.6%)showed no effective.The total effective rate was 92.4%. For infectious and symptomatic diarrhea,there was not difference of effective rates between the two therapies. For digestive dysfunction and chronic diarrhea accomplished with malnutrition, just the combination of the two drugs showed efficacy.Conclusion: For infantile diarrhea, the combination of smecta and P.O.Bifidobigen can result in efficacy in addition to controlling its causes.
