| 摘 要： | 目的:比较窝沟釉质成形封闭术(enameloplasty sealant technique,EST)与普通窝沟封闭术(conv-entional sealant technique,CST)封闭剂的保存率及临床疗效。方法:以EST及CST分别封闭下颌第一恒磨牙80颗,随访2年,观察封闭剂脱落情况。结果:EST组封闭剂未脱落牙数69颗,封闭剂保存率86.3%;CST组封闭剂未脱落牙数51颗,封闭剂保存率63.7%。结论:EST较CST能明显提高封闭剂保存率,从而增强防龋效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the clinical effect and preservation rate of the sealant between the enameloplasty sealant technique(EST) group and the conventional sealant technique(CST)group.Methods: One hundred and sixty cases of the first permanent molars in the mandibula were sealed by EST and CST.The preservation rate of the sealant was produced after a follow-up of 2 years.Result: The preservation rate of the sealant was 87.3% in the EST group and 63.7% in the CST group.Conclusion: EST is superior to CST in clinical effect. |
