| 摘 要： | 根据肾小球滤过率内源性指标应具备的特点,对目前临床上最常用的检测肾小球滤过率内源性指标:血尿素氮,血清肌酐和肌酐清除率,β2-微球蛋白以及胱抑素C进行评价。评价说明胱抑素C是目前新进展的相对较优的检测指标,适宜在临床推广,并具有较广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of endogenous indexes of glomerular filtration rate(GFR),this paper evaluates some commonly used indexes of GFR test in clinic,such as blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)and creatinine clearance(CrCl),β2 microglobulin(β2-MG)and cystatin C.The evaluation shows that cystatin C is the better detection index and easily extended,suggesting a wide application field and good prospect. |
