| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年心力衰竭患者并发医院感染的危险因素，为合理防治提供依据。方法回顾性调查老年心力衰竭患者，对51例并发医院感染病例（观察组）与216例未并发医院感染病例（对照组）进行Logistic回归分析。结果多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示：心功能、住院天数、抗生素使用、合并糖尿病和／或慢性肺疾患对并发医院感染的影响有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论加强老年心力衰竭患者医院感染的监控，针对危险因素早期预防和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk factors influencing the occurrence of hospital infection following heart failure in elderly patients, adopt reasonable protective and therapeutic measures. Methods Using retrospective method, 51 hospital infection and 216 non- hospital infection in elderly patients with heart failure cases were analyzed. Results After logistic regression analysis, heart function, hospitalization time, antibiotics, with diabetes or chronic pneumonesis showed significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion We should strengthen the surveillance to hospital infection in elderly patients with heart failure. According to the risk factors, early diagnosis and treatment must be regarded. |
