再生皮柱法治疗面颈部皮肤衰老的疗效观察

目的观察再生皮柱法治疗面颈部皮肤衰老的疗效,探索快速实现面颈部衰老皮肤再生还童的方法。方法选取北京荣祥再生医学研究所2014年4月-2015年2月收治的面颈部皮肤衰老患者50例,应用CO_2点阵激光在面颈部皮肤建立深达真皮的微型皮孔,并向皮孔内导人再生素,前4天每天正压导入再生素1次,第5~15天每3天正压导入1次,15 d后每周正压导入1次,直至第57天进行最后1次正压导人为止,近2个月的疗程结束后进行疗效判定与安全性分析。分别于每次操作前、操作后及疗程结束后拍摄照片进行对比,并记录恢复过程和不良反应。结果 50例患者治疗后的表皮光滑细腻度、肤色（色素沉着）、毛孔、皱纹、皮肤紧致度、生机活力（动感）6项指标较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0.01）;显效率和总有效率分别为64%和92%、32%和88%、24%和76%、34%和96%、70%和100%、72%和100%。结论再生皮柱法治疗面颈部皮肤衰老效果显著,痛苦小,创面愈合快,并发症少,患者认可度高,是一种快速实现面颈部衰老皮肤再生还童的满意方法。

Curative Effect Observation of Regenerative Skin Column Method in the Treatment of Faciocervical Skin Aging

Objective To observe the curative effects of regenerative skin column method in the treatment of faciocervical skin aging and explore the approaches to promote the fast regenerative rejuvenation of faciocervical aged skin. Methods Fifty participants with faciocervical skin aging recruited into our Institute between April 2014 and February 2015 were selected to accept the regenerative skin column method, i.e. , use CO2 fractional laser to make micro skin holes deep to faciocervical dermis and then introduce the regenerative essence into the skin holes; introduce the essence with positive pressure once per day for the first 4 days, on the day 5-15, introduce the essence with positive pressure every 3 days, and on the day 16-56, introduce the essence with positive pressure once per week, until the last?time positive?pressure introduction on the day 57. Evaluate and analyze the curative effects when the treatment ends in about 2 months. Take pictures before and after each operation and after the last?time operation respectively for effect comparison and take note of the skin restoration processes and adverse reactions if any during the treatment. Results After the treatment, the six indexes of the 50 patients were all improved significantly including the epidermal smoothness and fineness, complexion (pigmentation), skin pore, wrinkles, skin tightness and vitality (elasticity) (P<0.01), with the effective rate and the total effective rate being 64% & 92%, 32% & 88%, 24% & 76%, 34% & 96%, 70% & 100% and 72% & 100% respectively. Conclusion The regenerative skin column method can realize significant curative effects when treating faciocervical senescent skin, such as little pain, fast wound healing and few complications and high recognition from participants, and is a satisfying approach to realize the fast regenerative rejuvenation of faciocervical senescent skin.
