| 摘 要： | 将４０只家兔行小肠吻合术后随机分为丹参组和对照组，分别于术后３、５、７、１４天处死动物取出吻合口标本，并在对照组动物体内取出正常空肠段设立非吻合口组，三组分别作组织内羟脯氨酸含量测定。

| Abstract: | Forty rabbits were divided into a treatment group and a control group after intestinal anastomosis was performed,and they were killed 3,5,7 and 14 days after the operation.Tissues from the intestinal anastomotic stoma were taken and the content of hydroxyproline was determined.The result showed that Radix Saliviae Miltiorrhizae had the effect of increasing the content of hydroxyproline at intestinal anastomotic stoma and promoting the healing of the cut. |
