“散者收之”的病机与临床应用探讨

认为《素问》"散者收之"是临床使用收敛固涩法的理论依据。"散者"指人体生命物质的耗散不固,即精、气、血、津液等滑脱不禁、散失不收,主要表现为遗精滑泄、久泻久痢、尿频遗尿、自汗盗汗、各种出血、神志不定等。治疗当用"收之"之法,施以固精、涩肠、缩尿、敛汗、止血、安神等具有固涩作用的方药收敛之,以保护正气。
