输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石

目的　探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法　应用该方法治疗 35例输尿管结石患者。结果　 35例 36侧输尿管结石 ,碎石成功 34侧 ,成功率 94.4%。术后 2天～ 2个月结石排尽率 91 .4%。结论　输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有微创、安全、结石排尽率高、患者康复快等优点。输尿管镜的置入、避免结石的漂移是关键

Pneumatic Lithotripsy for Treatment of Ureterolith Under Ureteropyeloscopy

Objective To explore the clinical effects of pneumatic lithotripsy (PL) under ureteropyeloscopy for the treatment of ureterel stones. Methods 35 patients with ureterolith were treated with PL .Results Among the 35 cases with 36 lateral ureter stones, 34 were successful with the cure rate of 94.4%.The stone free rate within 2 days ～ 2 months after operation was 91.4%.Conclusion The PL under ureteropyeloscopy for the treatment of uretere stones is claimed to be mildly wounded , safe, high rate of stone expelling and recovery after operation is rapid.The key point of successful lithotripsy is the placement of ureteropyeloscopy and prevention of the displacement of stones.
