摘    要:目的:建立填充柱超临界流体色谱法测定枳实中辛弗林含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Berger PYR(乙基吡啶柱,250mm×4.6mm,6μm),流动相:超临界CO2-0.2%异丙胺甲醇(77∶23),压力:100bar,温度:35℃,流速:2.0mL/m in,检测波长:225nm。结论:辛弗林在0.71~11.36μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均加样回收率为99.57%,RSD=1.69%。结论:该方法简便、快速、重复性好、结果准确,且流动相不需加入表面活性剂,辛弗林分离度高,可作为枳实中辛弗林的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective: Methods for determination of the content of synephrine in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus by packed-column supercritical fluid chromatography was established.Methods: Column:Berger PYR(Ethyl pyridine,250mm×4.6mm,6μm);Mobile phase:CO_(2)-methanol with 0.2% isopropylamine(77∶23),Pressure: 100bar,Temperature:35℃,Flow:2.0mL/min,Detection wavelength:225nm.Results:The Synephrine had well linearity in the range of 0.71μg~11.36μg,r=0.9998;the average callback rate was 99.57%,RSD=1.69%.Conclusion:This method is convenient、quick、good refrain and accurate result,and mobile phase without surfactanus can be used for the quality control of synephrine in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.
