| 摘 要： | 目的 观察钬激光经尿道治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法 对 5例尿道内尖锐湿疣患者采用钬激光经尿道切除术 ,尿道镜检后用钬激光光纤对准疣体汽化切除。结果 手术时间 10～ 3 0min ,术中出血少 ,随访半年无复发。结论 钬激光经尿道治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣疗效好 ,痛苦小。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the method of transure thral resection by Holmium laser for condyloma acuminata in the urethra.Methods Transurethral resection by Holmium laser was unde rtaken for 5 cases of condyloma acuminata in the urethra.Transurethral resected the body of condyloma acuminata by Holmium laser after urethroscopy. Results The duration of the operation was 10-30 min.no re lapse has been observed during the 6 months follow-up.Conclusion Transurethral resection by Holmium laser was a n effective method for the treatment of condyloma acuminata in the urethra. |
