| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的中转开腹的时机。方法：研究102例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹的原因。结果：calot三角解剖不清是中转开腹的主要原因。结论：放宽腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹的时机，可以减少并发症的发生。
