重型颅脑损伤的救治

目的　总结 2 6 8例重型颅脑损伤病人的救治经验。方法　对我科收治的重型颅脑损伤 2 6 8例进推行回顾性分析。结果　 2 6 8例中存活 191例 (71.4%)其中恢复良好 10 1例 ,中残 42例 ,重残 48例 ,死亡 77例 (2 8.6 %)。结论　尽早清除颅内血肿 ,大骨瓣减压 ,呼吸机辅助呼吸 ,维持内环境稳定及防止并发症等措施 ,是改善本病病人预后的重要措施。

Cure for Severe Head Injury

Objective To summarize the therapeutic experience of traumatic head injury. Methods The clinical materials of 268 cases with severe head injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results 77 cases died (28.6%). 191 cases (71.4%) survived after treatment, in which 101 cases (37.7%) with a good recovery, 42 cases (15.7%) with moderate disability, and 48 cases (17.9%) with severe deficits. Conclusions Favourable prognosis is possibly for the sever head injury patients by evacuating intracranial hematoma, decompressing intracranial pressure, assisting ventilation with respirator, keeping the stability of internal environment, and preventing the complications.
