六甲蜜胺分子印迹聚合物的制备及其吸附性研究

摘    要:目的以药物六甲蜜胺(Altretamine)为模板分子,合成不同功能单体的六甲蜜胺分子印迹聚合物(molecular imprinting polymer, MIP)并比较不同MIP之间的吸附性能。方法采用加热封管聚合法,将六甲蜜胺分别与功能单体甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)以及二者按一定比例的混合功能单体制备六甲蜜胺MIP,通过吸附性实验研究不同功能单体MIP吸附性能之间的差异,选出最适功能单体;并初步探索比较以相同功能单体不同方法(加热封管聚合法和悬浮聚合法)制备所得六甲蜜胺MIP的吸附性能。结果采用加热封管聚合法制备所得的甲基丙烯酸(MAA).六甲蜜胺MIP对模板分子六甲蜜胺具有较好的选择吸附性,同时也初步显示采用悬浮聚合法,以同一功能单体制备所得的六甲蜜胺MIP的吸附性能要优于加热封管聚合法。结论六甲蜜胺MIP有望应用于临床对药物六甲蜜胺的痕量检测,优化临床药动学服务。
