血瘀量化评分与老年男性骨密度相关性分析

目的：探讨血瘀量化评分与老年男性骨密度的相关性,为临床治疗老年男性骨质疏松症提供更好的中医理论参考及有效治疗法则。方法：选择109例年龄≥60岁的老年男性作为研究对象,测定其腰椎和股骨骨密度T值。取L2～L4骨密度的平均值作为腰椎总体骨密度;取左股骨颈、大转子及W ard’s区骨密度平均值作为股骨总体骨密度。同时对所有研究对象参照陈可冀血瘀证诊断标准中的项目进行检查,计算其血瘀评分。分别对患者的年龄、血瘀评分与骨密度进行直线相关分析。结果：腰椎骨密度与年龄、血瘀评分呈负相关（r=-0.327,P=0.001;r=-0.405,P=0.000）,股骨骨密度与年龄、血瘀评分呈负相关（r=-0.601,P=0.000;r=-0.716,P=0.000）。结论：老年男性骨质疏松的发生与血瘀密切相关,随着血瘀程度加重,老年男性骨质疏松程度亦会加重。
