半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡与预防癌变的临床研究

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡的临床疗效和探讨半夏泻心汤加减阻止或逆转慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡恶变的可行性。方法:对170例慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡随机分成中药组和西药组,中药组90例,给予半夏泻心汤加味;西药组80例,给予奥美拉唑胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑口服。治疗2～4周后,对治疗前后临床症状、体征进行比较,3年后进行回顾性调查。结果:中药组总有效率93.33%,西药组85.00%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、对阻止或逆转慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡恶变,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:半夏泻心汤能明显改善CG、PU患者的临床症状和胃黏膜的损伤,对HP感染有较强抑菌作用,同时,随访结果显示对阻止或逆转慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡恶变也有一定作用。
