| 摘 要： | 目的：优选钱草硝石颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法：以槲皮素和山奈酚的总含量作为考察指标,用正交设计方法对提取工艺条件进行优选,确定钱草硝石颗粒煎煮工艺最佳条件。结果：最佳提取工艺为加12倍,10倍1,0倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1h。结论：钱草硝石颗粒剂的提取工艺合理、可行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the best extraction process of Qiancao Xiaoshi granules.Method:With the contents of the total quercetin and kaempferol as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process.The method of prepared granulation was determined.Result:The optimal process of the extraction was to add 12 and 10 times water,and 10 times water respectively,decocting 3 times,1 hour for each time.Conclusion: The extraction technology of Qi... |
