面肌功能训练法在口僻患者麻痹面肌功能康复中的作用评价

目的研究面肌功能训练在口僻患者麻痹面肌功能康复中的作用,并作出评估。方法将39例口僻患者按查随机数字表法,分为两组。甲组17例,乙组22例。甲乙两组均口服强的松40mg/d顿服,连续10天后逐渐减量;阿昔络韦500mg ivgttq8h,以抗病毒治疗;辅以维生素B1100mg im qd、维生素B12 500 g im qd,以营养神经。乙组同时配合面肌功能训练。连续治疗30天后总结临床疗效,并进行面肌功能评估。结果甲组总有效率64.7%,乙组总有效率86.3%。乙组疗效明显优于甲组（〈0.01）。两组康复时间比较,乙组明显短于甲组（〈0.01）。结论面肌功能训练能有效改善面肌功能状况,配合药物能显著提高临床疗效,并能缩短麻痹面肌的康复时间。

To evaluate the role of facial muscle function training method in facial muscle palsy function rehabilitation of deviated mouth patient

Objective To Study and evaluate the role of facial function training in the facial palsy function rehabilitation of deviated mouth（Bell＇s palsy,BP） patient.Method The cases of 39 BP patient were randomly divided into two groups.Group A are 17cases,Group B are 22 cases.Both groups taken at a draught prednisone 40mg/d for 10 days,later gradually reduction;Acyclovir 500mgivgtt.q8h with anti-viral treatment;complementary with Vitamin B1 100mg qd,Vitamin B12 500μg im qd with nutrition nerve.Group B also combine with facial muscle function training at the same time.Continuous treatment 30 days later,summarize clinical efficacy and evaluate facial muscles function.Result The total effective rate 64.7% Group A,and Group B 86.3%.Group B is better than Group A significantly（P0.01）.Comparison of the two groups recovery time,Group B is shorter than Group A（P0.01） Conclusions Facial muscle function training really can improve the functional status of facial muscles,with the drugs can significantly improve clinical effect and shorten recovery time of paralytic facial muscles.
