新生牛血清对大鼠脂肪来源细胞生长的影响

摘    要:目的探索新生牛血清对大鼠脂肪来源细胞生长状态的影响。方法用新生牛血清代替传统的胎牛血清对脂肪来源细胞进行体外培养,倒置相差显微镜下观察细胞形态,与胎牛血清培养条件下的脂肪来源细胞形态进行比较。结果新生牛血清培养条件下的大鼠脂肪来源细胞镜下呈短梭形或多角形,与胎牛血清培养的脂肪来源细胞形态相似,但细胞在P2~P3代即出现了衰老趋势。结论新生牛血清对体外培养的脂肪来源细胞的活力有负面影响,可能不适用于脂肪来源细胞的培养。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of NBCS(new-born calf serum) on the growth status of rat adipose tissue-derived cells.Methods SD rat groin fat tissue was isolated by enzyme digestion.Adipose tissue-derived cells were cultured with medium plused 10%NBCS instead of the traditionally plused 10% FBS(fetal bovine serum).Cell morphology was assessed.Results Rat adipose tissue-derived cells under culture conditions with NBCS were observed by inverted phase-contrast microscope with short spindle and multi-angul...
