补肾生血法对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者信号转导MAPK通路的影响

摘    要:目的:观察补肾生血法对慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的临床疗效,探索补髓生血颗粒对CAA患者骨髓基质细胞黏附信号转导MAPK通路的影响。方法:将CAA患者121例随机分为试验组60例、对照组61例进行临床试验研究,将患者治疗前后的骨髓基质细胞提取,分析黏附信号转导MAPK通路的相关酶类JNK、P38、ERK磷酸化的变化情况。结果:CAA患者骨髓基质细胞P-ERK1/2蛋白表达水平低于正常组(P<0.05),P-JNK与P-P38蛋白表达水平高于正常组(P<0.05);通过采用补肾生血法补髓生血颗粒治疗可以调整三种蛋白的异常表达,与治疗前比较(P均<0.05)。结论:CAA患者骨髓基质细胞造血粘附信号转导MAPK通路中酶类表达异常,这些可能是骨髓造血微环境粘附功能异常的原因之一,为CAA发病机制研究提供了分子生物学依据,本研究证明采用补肾生血法治疗CAA具有较好的疗效。
