| 摘 要： | 中药活性成分是中药防病治病的物质基础,也是中药现代化研究的重要内容之一。微生物转化技术在中药活性成分的现代化研究中具有十分重要的作用,广泛用于中药活性成分的合成、结构修饰以及新化合物的开发。微生物转化可以有效地提高已知中药活性成分的药效、降低毒副作用、改善水溶性和生物利用度,也可以用来生产具有重要应用价值的微量天然活性先导化合物,同时可用于药物代谢机制的研究。文章介绍了微生物转化技术及其在中药活性成分研究中的应用情况。 |
