摘    要:目的研究不同肝癌细胞系中Robo1,Robo2、Robo3和Robo4的表达差异。方法用RT-PCR检测8个肝癌细胞系的mRNA表达。结果 Robo1和Robo4在这8个肝癌细胞系中均表达;Robo2只在PLC细胞系中微量表达;Robo3在Hep3B、Huh7表达较高,而97L和G2表达较低,其它细胞系均无表达。结论 Robo1、Robo2、Robo3和Robo4在不同的肝癌细胞系中表达水平不同,为研究Robo家族选择合适的细胞模型提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate expression of Robo1,Robo2,Robo3 and Robo4 in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines.Methods The mRNA expression were detected in eight human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines by RT-PCR.Results Robo1 and Robo4 expressed in all eight cell lines while Robo2 expressed in only PLC cell line.Robo3 was high expression in Hep3B and Huh7 cell lines but low expression in 97L and G2 cell lines.Conclusions Robo1,Robo2,Robo3 and Robo4 expressed differently in eight human hepatocellular carc...
