摘    要:目的:对蓬子菜总黄酮安全性进行初步评价。方法:小鼠灌胃给药,通过预实验判断测定LD50的可能性,并据此测定LD50或MTD。结果:MTD测定结果显示,小鼠口服蓬子菜总黄酮最大耐受量相当于60kg体质量成人临床日用量的132倍。结论:蓬子菜总黄酮的急性毒性很小,安全性较高。

Abstract:Objective: To study the acute toxicity of total flavonodis of Galium verum L.in mice.Methods:A pretest was used to judge the possibility of LD50.The LD50 or Maximum tolerance dose(MTD) was measured by intragastric administration of the total flavonodis of Galium verum L.with the maximum concentration and maximum amounts in mice.Results: There were no dead mice in the pretest.LD50 could not be measured and MTD was needed.The MTD test showed that the MTD of mice was equal to 132 times of normal humans.Conclus...
