| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高能量聚焦超声扫描加下鼻甲骨折外移治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法常年性变应性鼻炎患者120例，在鼻内镜下应用高能量聚焦超声扫描加下鼻甲骨折外移治疗变应性鼻炎。按兰州会议标准，用记分法分别评定其疗效。结果治疗后定期随访，3个月、6个月、12个月、18个月进行疗效评价。其中3个月有效率为91．7％（110／120）；6个月有效率为85．0％（102／120）：12个月有效率为83．3％（100／120）；18个月有效率为80．0％（96／120）。结论采用高能量聚焦超声扫描加下鼻甲骨折外移治疗变应性鼻炎，具有疗效显著、微创、可重复性等优点。
