| 摘 要： | 祛风药是指具有发散风邪,祛风胜湿功能的一类药物,此类药物辛温通达,能疏达肝气,并助脾气升腾,在泄泻、痞满、便秘、口疮、痢疾等脾胃病治疗中,配伍祛风药能取得较好的效果。祛风药多辛香走窜,易于耗气伤阴,因此在临床应用时,祛风药的药味要少,药物用量要轻。

| Abstract: | Dispel-wind herbs are a kind of medicines which can expel wind and dispel wind-dampness.These herbs are pungent warm which can soothe the liver,regulate vital energy and tonify spleen qi.Compatibility of these herbs for treating some spleen and stomach diseases especially in diarrhea,fullness and distension,constipation,canker and dysentery,can get a very good effect.Because those herbs have a rather strong effect of acrid perfume and easily consume qi and injure yin,these herbs' dosage should not be too la... |
