黄芪、大黄的抗肾纤维化作用研究进展

事实上,肾纤维化是肾衰的必经途径。目前尚无良策治愈肾衰,但是肾纤维化却可以被阻止。肾纤维化包括肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化,严重威胁人类健康,肾间质纤维化与肾衰关系更密切。肾纤维化是由多种病理机制造成。黄芪和大黄可通过干预其中一种或多种途径发挥抗肾纤维化的作用。黄芪、大黄是临床用于肾纤维化治疗中的重要药物。对黄芪、大黄中这两种中药做一综述是很有必要的。
