| 摘 要： | 目的：观察常规药物口服配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎的临床疗效。方法：将83例强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎患者随机分为2组,A组（49例）采用常规药物口服配合中药离子导入治疗,B组（34例）采用常规药物口服治疗。2个疗程后比较2组患者血沉下降幅度、C反应蛋白下降幅度、肌腱附着点部位疼痛评分变化情况及总体疗效。结果：①A组血沉下降幅度与B组比较,差异无统计学意义（t=-0.579,P=0.564）;A组C反应蛋白下降幅度及肌腱附着点部位疼痛评分下降幅度大于B组（t=4.209,P=0.035;t=5.429,P=0.000）。②A组的疗效优于B组（Z=-2.755,P=0.006）。结论：常规药物口服配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎,可以有效地降低急性期反应物,改善肌腱附着点炎的症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
