头针对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织MMP-9表达调控的动态研究

摘    要:目的:探讨大鼠脑缺血再灌注后MMP-9的表达及早期头针干预对其的影响。方法:将205只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和头针组。采用线栓法复制右侧大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型;应用干湿比重法测定各组大鼠脑水含量;应用免疫组化和Western blot技术检测各组大鼠缺血侧脑组织MMP-9的表达。结果:头针组大鼠在再灌注24h、48h、72h,脑组织水含量较模型组显著降低(P<0.05)。再灌注各时间点头针组大鼠缺血侧脑组织MMP-9表达较模型组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:早期进行头针治疗能够显著减少脑缺血再灌注后缺血侧脑组织中MMP-9的表达,减轻其脑水肿程度。MMP-9下调可能是该疗法拮抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的分子机制之一。
