| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药活血降纤汤对肝纤维化指标的影响。方法：将68例符合肝硬化诊断的患者随机分为3组,活血降纤汤一组（24例）,大黄虫胶囊组（22例）,对照组（22例）,治疗3个月观察患者的肝纤维化四项指标及肝功能指标的前后变化。结果与结论：中药活血降纤汤和大黄虫胶囊对降低肝纤维化指标有明显效果,与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）。
