| 摘 要： | 目的筛选金樱子提取工艺。方法以金樱子总皂苷、总酚酸含量为评价指标,乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面设计,Design-Expert8.0.5软件分析试验数据,建立多元二次回归方程,筛选金樱子提取工艺参数。结果筛选出金樱子的最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度62.79%,料液比13.12∶1,提取时间137.93 min,提取次数1.85次,考虑到实际操作方便及工业大生产的实用性,将提取工艺参数修订为乙醇浓度60%,料液比13∶1,提取时间2 h,提取次数2次。结论本研究筛选出的参数可为金樱子的提取工艺提供依据。
