新生儿硬肿症护理体会

目的：总结新生儿硬肿症的护理经验。方法收集新生儿硬肿症84例，进行综合护理干预，观察干预后患儿病情缓解情况。结果治疗前轻度17例、中度36例、重度31例；治疗后轻度56例、中度16例、重度12例，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=36.96，P〈0.05）。结论对新生儿硬肿症进行积极的预防和治疗，可减少新生儿的体温持续时间，提高临床治愈率，减少各种并发症的发生。

The Nursing Experience of Neonatal Scleroderma

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of neonatal scleroderma. Methods 84 cases of neonatal scleroderma were collected and accepted comprehensive nursing intervention. We observed the remission of these cases. Results 17 mild,36 moderate and 31 severe cases were included before treatment. 56 mild,16 moderate and 12 severe cases were observed after the treatment with a statistical signiifcance （χ^2=36.96,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The active prevention and treatment could reduce the temperature duration, promote the clinical cure rate, and reduce the complications.
