全血标本冰箱保存对血细胞计数及白细胞分类结果的影响

目的观察全血标本冰箱1周保存对血细胞计数及白细胞分类结果的影响。方法将60例标本在4℃保存,连续5d用SYsmexXT-1800i测定结果,用SPSS11.0做统计学分析。结果白细胞、血小板计数可以稳定3d,红细胞,血红蛋白,平均红细胞血红蛋白含量,平均红细胞体积,红细胞分布宽度,红细胞压积至少可稳定5d,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、RDW、平均血小板体积1d后与即刻比较差异有显著性(P<0·01)。WBC分类结果从1~2d开始,与即刻比较差异有显著性(P<0·01)。结论全血标本4℃保存,提高了部分血细胞计数结果的可靠性,但不能保证WBC分类结果。报告时应注明“标本放置时间过长,对部分结果有影响”。

THE AFFECT OF PROLONGED STORAGE OF BLOOD SAMPLE AT 4℃ REFRIGERATOR ON WHOLE BLOOD CELL COUNT AND DIFFERENTIAL LEUKOEYTE COUNT

Objective To observe changes of automated complete blood cell count and differential leukocyte count induced by prolonged storage of blood sample at 4℃ refrigerator. Methods 60 blood specimens were stored at 4℃ refrigerator and determined by SYsmex XT-1800i for 5 days consecutively, results were analyzed by SPSS 11.0. Results WBC、PLT were stable for 3 days, while RBC、HGB、MCH、MCV、RDW、HCT were stable for at least 5 days, MCHC、PDW、MPV had significant difference with instant results from 1 day onward[B1]s, differential leukocyte count results had significant difference with instant results from days of 1~2 on wards, at the time Sysmex XT-1800i suspected frequently. Conclusion Store complete blood at 4℃ refrigerator can improve the reliability of part results but not so with differential leukocyte count. For reporting result of prolonged specimen comments such as specimen long time stored, that part of results may be affected should be suspended
