彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病下肢血管病变的诊疗价值探讨

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病(DM)下肢血管病变的诊疗价值。方法选取DM下肢血管病变患者60例作为DM组,另选取同期无DM下肢血管病变患者60例作为对照组。比较2组下肢彩色多普勒超声检查结果。结果 DM组管腔内膜光滑率低于对照组,下肢动脉斑块发生率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组下肢动脉狭窄分布情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声能准确直观的对下肢动脉硬化定性并判断病变部位和严重程度,对DM下肢动脉病变的诊疗有重要价值。

Discussion of the value of diagnosis and treatment of CDFI on diabetes mellitus with lower extremity vascular disease

Objective To discuss the value of diagnosis and treatment of CDFI on diabetes mellitus（DM） with lower extremity vascular disease. Methods 60 cases patients of DM with lower extremity vascular disease were as DM group, and the other 60 cases patients of DM with lower extremity vascular disease in the same period were as control group. Compared the result of lower extremity CDFI of two groups. Results luminal intimal smooth rate in DM group was lower than that in control group, the incidence of lower extremity arterial plaque was higher than that in control group, there were significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The lower extremity artery stenosis distribution of two groups was not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion CDFI can accurately and intuitive right lower extremity atherosclerosis qualitative and determine the lesion and the se- verity, to diagnosis and treatment of DM with lower extremity arterial disease has significant value.
